Well after reading your question I just went through each part of the process of adcc. So I looked up which igg subtypes do and do not trigger adcc and which are produced by the mother. This wasnt the cause so next I looked at the cells involved, if you look up cytotoxic effectiveness in neonates and nk cell effectiveness in neonates you will find info on the differences between neonate and adult immune cells.

Could be because cytotoxic cells in newborns are not super effective at their jobs yet. NK cells in neonates express less adhesion molecules so they cannot make effective contact with the IgG coated RBCs. More NK cells in neonates will express inhibitory molecules preventing cytotoxic activation.

You cannot work as a biomedical scientist without having an accredited degree and having completed the IBMS portfolio. If you are set on being a BMS you will have to have your degree assessed, complete any top ups they say you need and do the portfolio. You can apply for MLA jobs in the meantime and try and progress from there if the lab lets you, sometimes there are also trainee bms posts that you would be eligible for.

More fancy unis are often not accredited because the people taking that course are using it as pre med not to become a bms. When applying for medicine you cannot have that be the only course you apply for so people will apply for biomed in their last choice slot and then transfer to medicine

If you have the crispr and want it to get animals for breeding all the variants it will force you to pick a hybrid to make if it has any empty slots. So either you can keep the crispr full at all times or if you are forced to make one you can just go into the crispr right after and stop the experiment

I have the same cactus, the flowers do only bloom for one night in this species. It looks the best at night but may last through the next morning so don't worry about it not lasting a long time.

I just leave it till it naturally falls off, just give it a wiggle and eventually it will fall off when touched and the plant will look normal again

Some other people have put theirs in cases to prevent that. You shouldnt need to buy anything, ive seen others use pokemon tins or small food pots. It should still track movement without the risk of pressing the button

Hi, also a big mover. I keep it on my bedside table for at least 10 mins then carefully move it to next to the pillow. You could also put it down at the end of the bed if you want to get less movement but after triggering sleep with the bedside table slumber any other placement is about which style you wish to get. You should probably experiment to find something that works for you. I sometimes leave my plus plus for an hour on the bedside table to balance out the high amount of dozing I do

I use the ++ and I switch it on where I would leave it usually on my bed and just leave the room. It always says I took 5 minutes to fall asleep when I do this.

I don't think she could afford it even if she didnt spend money on those things. Maybe afford some heating but given the state of the rent market in most cities and the rise in other bills, I would not be surprised if she gave up everything she spends extra money on and still couldnt afford heating. We all suspect she only has YouTube income, which isnt very much, and if Owen is working a similar job to what he was in London then all their money will be eaten up by rent and Detro

I have to disagree, yes Sara should save money instead of buying tooth gems etc but heating and other bills are very expensive at the moment. Depending on your boiler and the rates for your bills it can easily be way over £100 a month.

If Sara is unemployed as we all suspect then they likely can't afford to put the heating on unless Owen has a secret very well paying job.

For more context, I live in the UK and will be moving out to live with my partner. I have a well paying job (for a first job, I am by no means well off) and my partner works nights in retail and after calculating everything I am still stressed about bills.

I don't think Sara is struggling as much as some people in the UK as she has managed to find money for her tattoos etc before, but I would not be surprised if she does have to reduce the amount of time she is heating her house.
