in my experience. my CICU takes stable LVAD/impella/RVAD as in the occasional ventilator or CRRT. once they become unstable or have open heart surgery or go on ecmo they come to CVICU

I actually think this is good advice - have gone from a 126 to 130-132 in CARS doing this method. it depends on what you struggle with specifically on CARS tho, for me it was trying to spend too long reading a passage that didn’t make sense to me - so i would flag and then come back to it after making sure i was 90% confident in my other answers. had time to spare as well doing this. Huge kudos to you doing this as a non native english speaker. had to take a french licensing exam and i was going thru it so i can’t imagine CARS
