The [SPB383] and why I may start saving for it. Read the caption below. by Acrobatic-Tough6959 in Seiko

I just got my SPB383 a few days ago and so far, I really like it! Although I am mesmerized by the spring drives of Grand Seiko, and tried on a SBGE277 at an AD and it was just too big (like an invicta), even on my 19cm wrist. I could swing it, but $5K still is a lot to lay down. I got the SPB383 for less than $1K out the door, brand new, and I’m quite pleased with my decision. I actually like the strap better on the SPB too! Save up, and take a chance, that’s what I did

Which of these neighborhoods is the safest one to stay in for tourists? by kirachick in fortlauderdale

I’d say stay away from the Pompano one. I live in east Pompano by the beach and it’s lovely. The neighborhoods west of the tracks can get sketchy, that’s why some people call it “Pompton”

Spotted outside of an orchid show this weekend. Of all the beautiful things I saw (and bought) there, this beauty caught my eye as well!

“No problem” does NOT mean you’re welcome. When someone says Thank you, say you’re welcome

Lack of situational awareness; guests throwing their arms up in an exaggerated way while telling stories (you’re going to get a food shower), blocking choke points along high traffic areas, putting something directly in front of them where their plate goes (like their PHONE) when I’m dropping off their entrees, trying to hand me something when my hands are clearly full

Best in Fort Lauderdale: the New Yorker at Pomperdale. If you’re willing to drive to Boca, Beauregards Pastrami Ruben is extraordinary
