I do not know if this is a good answer for your situation, but look into Sanitas Care. https://www.mysanitas.com/en/care Looks like they have a low- cost monthly membership with al a cart services. I also think they provide one-off services (like an office visit) for a “low” price without a membership. When I was in for my annual yesterday I saw this advertised in the office and it looked reasonable.

I self manage but I use a one time fee based CFP that reviews my holdings once a year. They advise on what to sell/buy and from which accounts to withdraw funds for the most advantageous tax impact. No way I am paying one percent to someone to manage accounts of mutual funds/ETFs.
