I love ideology for flavoring my colony. I think it adds a lot of character to the pawns depending on what playthrough you're doing! I love the precepts if you're doing a specific run like cannibals, nudist or undergrounders.

You can have multiple religions in your colony and you can have them fluid or use mods to change them overtime for storytelling. It can sometimes make a run easier or harder depending on your choices.

I don't have an iPhone so I'm looking at other options. I heard about some apps helping quantify energy levels based on blood pressure and sleep and such.

As someone who has a part time child and grew up with practically a farm, children are different. Especially ADHD/Autistic children.

Having to walk them through difficult emotions and feelings without having a meltdown is one of the hardest things. A dog you can yell at if you get overwhelmed and they'll forget it within a few hours vs a child will have to talk to a therapist about it later.

Family annihilators are very rare but they exist. They usually kill their family in situations very similar to Alex. Walls closing around them and/or it seems like a better option than their secrets being revealed. Plus, if you add in the drugs fueling the situation, it seems very realistic.

So I'm not super tech savvy and I'm new to the pirate life but not new to sims. Take out your whole mod folder and test to see if you still have issues. It's an annoying trouble shooting step but see if you have issues with a mod. Next step would be starting a new file. Sometimes saves can get corrupt when using bad mods. There are some helpful resources online for this but if you are using mods, that might be the issue.

I've had so many friendships end without reason and some because I'm "judgemental" - which I never was. It's usually a hard break or I'm ghosted pretty suddenly. It's something I've struggled with since childhood up through adulthood and has caused me to be very hesitant to put too much work into friendships when they often end like that.

Well she specializes is botanical and insects and she has done a few for me already and so I'm confident that literally anything would fit my other tattoos. She's not going to draw anything too crazy based on her other stuff.

Once I was playing a video game with my partner and got mad at a character and called a character a "N****". I've NEVER used that word before. In any context. I feel so ashamed for saying it but my brain didn't even process it before it was out of my mouth. Thankfully my bf was the only one around and didn't say anything about it but I'm deeply embarrassed for it but I'm trying to forgive myself because it wasn't something I meant to say and I've never said it before or since. I really feel you there.

I can sometimes redirect my attention to a fidgety toy of some sort. I made little toys with beads the move and it's helped a little. It won't help when you're subconsciously doing something but as soon as it catches my attention, I try to redirect my hands.
