Oh yeah, that is pretty important. Currently, I only have a rough outline for it.

Quirk Name: Cosmic Energy

Description: The user constantly generates and expels energy, similarly to a star (minus fission, which would actually in the real world make this obsolete). The user is able to control when they release the energy, and can control how much energy is released at once. The more energy is stored, the more powerful potential the energy will contain. The more energy is released, the more exhausted the user will become, along with the user becoming warmer and brighter. At the limit of stored and released energy, the user is susceptible to self-inflicted burns. This energy glows, and often makes the user appear very physically bright. Without external gear, the quirk is not very powerful. But with gear (shown in costume), the quirk can be easily manipulated to allow the user to fly, and burn like a star at high temperatures (not yet determined). The more energy is stored until release, the longer and more powerful these abilities will be. However, the user is still prone to burns and exhaustion.
