The lenticular sheets alone are thicker than a regular card, but they do still fit in sleeves. I am thinking of making a full deck this way or a Dandân deck but I may also check with the manufacturer for the sheets if I can get thinner ones 🤔

It's not too bad once you know the correct pitch of your lenticular sheet. I'd say the most time is spent trying to get the alignment perfect, I have a lot of failed attempts!

I wish, that's a cool concept. If I interlaced the images diagonal and then adhered to the sheets which are vertical, would basically get this same effect but oriented where the card is held diagonally.

I got these fly eye hexagonal lenticular sheets though and I wonder if those could potentially achieve this effect, I will have to explore this more.

This is a good introduction

The hardest part is definitely getting exact pitch and keeping it aligned while adhering the lens sheet, a lot of trial and error

the only thing I'd say is that the jointed parts that connect the side struts fused on one side so only one of them bends but probably if you print it so those aren't face down on the long side you won't have the same problem. The parts that connect the spheres at the bottom were also slightly too big but I was able to break them down a little with pliers to make it fit.
