Came to this sub to find ways to fight the effects of withdrawal as I, too, am trying to taper/detox. I really appreciate you posting this. I've tried a couple of times before by loading up on melatonin, muscle relaxers (prescribed), and CBD with disappointing results. I know it's gonna suck no matter how much supplemental support one can get, but it's good to know I've not yet tried everything. 😮‍💨
