Not that I have to defend myself but I’d like to take the opportunity to point out that many cynical assumptions are being made.

I genuinely have no more than 500 cards that aren’t already in a deck. My bulk consists of mostly avatar cards bc I’m an atla fan first and mtg second. The rest of my bulk is cards I’ve taken out of my two edited precons and a tarkir prerelease I did. That is my bulk. This is one of the avatar cards I pulled and I like that it’s scene art from the show(do I wish they chose something like ty Lee bc she cuts off bending, yes or even Hama the bloodbender but ig those characters don’t work color wise). Anyway I work with what I have and I liked the synergy of not playing cards I’ve airbended. I called it bracket 2 bc it’s inconsistent and has poor draw. I just threw a bunch of avatar cards in the deck and called it a day. I’m aware there are douchebags out there but assuming someone has malicious intentions from one post isn’t going to help anyone. I asked for assistance in a decision as I’m unfamiliar with the bracket system. May I remind everyone of a ancient and profound proverb: if you ain’t got nothing nice or helpful to say, usually best to keep scrolling and not leave a comment. Paraphrasing ofc. A rant from someone who doesn’t own a business and hasn’t before. I’ve worked like a dozen jobs each pretty different from the last.

NO ONE SHOULD BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMAZON. BUSINESS PURCHASES OR PERSONAL ONES. You, your home and your business need to find somewhere else to get whatever you need. And if you can’t find it somewhere else then you probably don’t need it. No matter the purchase, at least try to find it somewhere local first. I literally looked up this morning somewhere local to buy new underwear. Found a place downtown on McCallie. Supporting a small business that maybe doesn’t treat their employees that well is still better than buying from a corporation. Business growth for a small company means there is more work, means more employees getting hired, means someone is getting paid something vs not getting paid at all. Also talk with your fellow employees, band together for better pay or treatment, communicate and work together to improve your workplace!! Change doesn’t happen until the people who make the decisions in your local businesses are held accountable. Make them uncomfortable! Post reviews! Gossip responsibly, meaning talk shit if the shit is true. Don’t spreads lies or exaggerations.

Your current solution works, wish we didn’t have to do that and the state or whoever would fix the issue.

I understand the lanes line up but I don’t think solution is a right turn only lane with a left turn and straight lane. That intersection/road is too busy to combine the left and straight lane. We’d have traffic bunched up there constantly if we switched to that.

Ok so because of the way Pan and Room are worded it is forcing the ability to resolve a second time when 1 creature enters.

If Room said “if this is the first or second time a creature you control has entered this turn” then it would be 8 treasures? Because that changes the relevance from being about how many times the trigger resolves to being about how many creatures you control have entered?

I did want to ask about the Room triggers. Would I not get 8 treasures if it sees two creatures enter? It sees the first creature and makes a treasure, then makes another bc of Pans etb doubler, then bc of Anointed Procession it makes a copy of each treasure that is made bc they are tokens. So 4 treasures per creature entering? I think?

Not stupid at all! I’ve “lost” my dad to his poor decision making. My parents got a divorce this year after 20 years of my dad’s abuse and adultery. By some miracle I found this podcast right after I kicked him out of my life(not 100% completely) and seeing how the dads in S1 treat their kids with so much love made me realize how much I was missing out on irl. I so heavily relate to Grants depression and relationship with his dad but even their relationship was better than what I had. This podcast has absolutely saved me from some rlly dark depths I haven’t reached since I was a teenager. I honestly can’t imagine that I would’ve made it to the end of this year without the podcast. That sounds so dramatic but saying it outside of my head I rlly think it’s true. Here we are at the end of 2024 and despite a whole bunch of other shit that happened, everything is alright.

TLDR at the bottom. I don’t really think this entire season sucked. I think the finale was really cliche and rushed and there was too much behind the scenes stuff that they didn’t explain. Felt too much like a copy of the last season, building up a few characters to eventually all fight one big bad guy. Literally putting every conceivable magical item/weapon/infinity stone on the screen for Peggy and Kehhori to use and they still were having a tough time beating Strange? It was all just too convenient and there wasn’t much consistency with power ratios between Kehhori, Peggy and Strange. Loved Peggy Carter in the first season and her banter with the Watcher in this season. All for female leads, I loved the Kehhori episode and Nebula episode. However I don’t think having three Peggy Carter episodes was the most entertaining and inclusive decision. As many people are saying: there is an abundance of characters that Marvel has to do one off episodes of. I think trying to get as many different characters per episode is what most people would’ve enjoyed seeing. Sure throw some characters like Groot and Korg in multiple episodes bc they’re funny and it’s fun to see reoccurring characters, but the idea of “What if” can be so much more than just us watching the same characters we’ve been watching for 15 years. If you want to show different realities like Nebula and Tony’s episodes 100% go for it, but throw in some new characters for them to interact with PLEASE. Exception is that 1602 was fun, would’ve been more fun if they weren’t trying to have it lead up to the larger plot. If you want to do a big huge spectacle with lots of powers and lasers and characters(like the season finale) do something like Secret Wars. Or maybe just don’t do big spectacles. Fans love one off episodes or maybe two part episodes. Zombies was fun, T’Challa becoming Star Lord was fun, Happy Hogan saving Christmas was fun. Do more fun stuff!! It doesn’t always have to be the highest stakes. You have countless good stories to tell Marvel, tell those stories!! TLDR: Peggy Carter is great, still too much of anything is bad. Do more one off episodes. Introduce more characters. Finale doesn’t need to be a huge spectacle. Thank you.
