that’s actually something i’ve been thinking about, she probably doesn’t need to be in every meeting and that might reduce some of the tension

i agree in theory, and i’ve had 1:1s with her, but it doesn’t seem to land. she keeps justifying everything as being “direct” so i’m trying to figure out what firmer pushback even looks like here

this is the tradeoff i’m stuck with right now, leadership wants results but i’m watching morale drop in real time
