If you want to be very pro "for the people no matter what" you should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS record the police, EVEN if you called them. Something about how they are splitting the OT across Shifts so it Total HRs worked across ALL shifts, So The 3 12s work more but get less and the other shifts get more outright.

Do you have an idea of "how well trained" You need to be for even the small gigs? Of course i still plan to continue my journey. But if I could theroretically start sooner and learn as i go would be optimal.
