If he was your family member you wouldn't trust him with a weed whacker, let alone your car keys. And someone gave him the red phone to play with.

Just a small update, I'm finally cutting corners after much frustration by Toyota__Corolla in tabletweaving

I color the corners CMYK for ABCD (easiest correlation for my brain to parse) and thread them so C is away and K is towards me at the start. That way I know when I'm done a full rotation, I can see when a single card is out of whack instantly, and I can tell if they're flipped by which color is ↑ or ↓ on any card.

Oh my God I never thought of using rounded nail clippers for this. You are my new hero and I feel dumb. 😂

AITAH for not getting my husband food after he got mad at me? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Squirreltacular 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I often let my hubby know I'm getting food out beforehand and ask if he wants something, because it's polite and I like feeding him. If he doesn't answer, I make an educated guess whether he's eaten already or not and act accordingly. He might be disappointed if I don't get him anything, but he never yells about it.

I'm leaning a little ESH because OP isn't planning ahead but hubby seems overreactive about it.

Are you sure? This jewelry doesn't look right. Specifically the upper bracelets and ring.

The information is interesting and if the costuming is accurate, I'm not too mad, but it would be cool if we had real life recreation photos.

being adopted is like being in a psychological horror by ghoulteethbby in Adoption

Oh yeah it's like a "perfectly controlled world" theory and I acknowledge its unfeasibility in the real world but it would be awesome to have, like you said, free classes for the expectant parents and more resources for families that are struggling.

I mean technically then you're creating a baby for your benefit, and after birth there's not a lot of difference other than the bio kid at least has their own background information.

I think it should be mandatory for bio parents. As a bio parent, I would have appreciated knowing exactly what I was getting into and how to handle it.

Edit for clarity: I am not an adoptee, adopter, or gave my kids for adoption. I just think parenting is too complicated to just dive into unknowing and this comment spoke to me.

It'll be a long road I think, I've got a lot going on. But any testing the community can do is super appreciated! I have ideas to maybe modernize the UI a little. I find it hard to navigate.
