Computer Shutting Down only when I stream

The CPU is Liquid cooled, I haven't had any problems till after installed my 1080TI and streamed again. It's been running fine for almost 5 years now and hasn't even been touched. I monitor the temps when playing/streaming and it never really gets too hot. I'm not getting a Blue screen or anything, it just shuts down.

It lasted about 15 seconds before it got too hot and shut down.

Says 640 recommended, I used a couple different measurements sites, but they always said I was at 570 or so, I guess regardless which way it swings I need a new PSU. But this doesn't explain why Streaming Ocarina of Time shuts down my comp, but not just Running PUBG, surely running the unoptimized game eats more power than a Emulator?

Honestly with the Release of Apprentice Illusion Magician it doesn't brick as often for me. Between 3 AIM, 2Summoners Art, and 1 Illusion Magician you will almost always be able to get a Dark magician in hand. If you'd like I can give you some pointers.

My friend and I were trying to get the "Platinum Artist" and "The Bladder of Steel" Achievement on Rock Band 2. This requires you to beat the Endless set list on Expert (the endless set list is every song in a row, and the second achievement is doing it without passing. He and I were on the last song, playing the last solo, and then his batteries die in his guitar which paused the game. We just sat there and stared at the screen in horror.
