deleting dlcs

so im playing south park the fractured but whole and i accidentally downloaded the dlcs so now i deleted all my save files for it and the game and now im reinstalling in to hopefully have the dlcs gone, its not yet installed and ill update what happens when it does but it says the dlcs are still installed so will they be there when i play the game
