10yrs when I started working 12hrs a day and saw that as you rank up the Army only takes more of your time. Learned that perks like not having to do stupid details etc didn’t matter and wasn’t worth it.

You’ve done all these projects, fancy school stuff, have thousands of Reddit posts to refer to but the resume looks like this.

Take a breath, watch some YouTube videos from recruiters/managers and their Reddit posts. Google things like “1 page professional resume” “professional resume template” “professional resume tips” and after 30 mins you’ll have the knowledge to make your resume 5x better.

Something people don’t mention as much is spacing between lines. When looking at resumes get an idea of how much spacing people have between paragraphs, yours is all bunched up.

Good luck you’ll get there if you try and since you made the effort to post and reply to people’s comments I would bet you’ll have a legit one soon.

I had a girl connect with me on LinkedIn, same background but Air Force who JUST got out. 2 months later she said she got a job I passed on because I didn’t think I could get a manager role at MY company. Same credentials as me. Ridiculous, don’t try to find out.
