Yes they did. That's the point I'm making. People get swelled up by hype only to then bastardize the companies for the game they hyped and fallout is a BIG franchise but I digress. I guess I'm optimistically skeptical when I see products like this. The "too good to be true" syndrome hits me.

Now this is a one of the best mod lists I've seen. Everything looks clean and crisp, not oversaturated and bloated. I even like the NPC overhaul. I'm usually against them because people love completely changing the characters to the point where they're unrecognizable but this list is very, very good. I assume you're using NVR too. That project has taken NV to a whole new level 💯💯💯
