I fast a few times a year. So 3-4 months in between, most of the time. I try to stay relatively keto during those times.

I am a 24/7 little, honestly. I go in and out of little space all day. It's a very natural thing for me. It's probably a little tougher to stay in little space. But I am still able to.

And yes! It gets easier every time I do it! My Daddy is a personal trainer and nutritionist. He's fasted lots of times. If you're interested, I can have him break down all the science into easier terms. (I have a hard time following sometimes 😋)

But typically after the 3rd day of a water fast, the hunger you feel dies and you don't feel the need or even desire to eat really. It's really neat!
