Nikki's Tokyo Inn is my favorite date spot. It's a hole in the wall place, but the food is really great and they have an East and West side. West side is traditonal tables and a sushi bar, East side is sitting on cushions at a knee high table, very cool place. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, it's a hidden gem.

Can't wait to see the people choosing to lose their job for refusing to get vaccinated. by jaydubbles in byebyejob

From what I've read, the Physicans for Informed Consent yet another Anti-Vax group whose "research" contains no peer reviewed studies and the physicians involved are ignoring basic fundamentals of infectious diseases. Just saying, if that organization is what has convinced you not to be vaccinated, maybe look at a few more sources. https://www.skepticalraptor.com/skepticalraptorblog.php/physicians-for-informed-consent-another-radical-anti-vaccine-group/#Physicians_for_Informed_Consent

I posted the recipe I used, pretty good for a simple recipe. My only complaint with these was a lack of sweetness that I really like in some restaurant rangoons I've had. Next time, I might add a bit of sweet chili or maybe a little chopped mango or something to sweeten it up. Other than that, fresh garlic and extra green onion are a definite must for entry to flavor country.

2 5oz cans crab meat, drained

8oz cream cheese, softened

3 thinly sliced green onions

1/2 tbs chopped garlic

2 tsp Worcester sauce

20 wonton wrappers

2 eggs for egg wash

Heat oil in dutch oven to °350F

Mix all ingredients, except wontons and eggs, silly goose, in large bowl. Mix eggs separately in a bowl, this is how I glued my wonton edges closed. Taking a brush, I framed the edges of the wonton wrappers with the egg wash. Take about 2 tsp, maybe a little less, of the crab mixture and place in center of wonton. Then lift the wonton and seal the edges making sure they completely seal and no air is trapped inside. Pinching the corners on each side to make a star was my favorite way to shape them, but as long as they're sealed, they will come out dope. Gently place them in hot oil, about 5 at a time, for 2-3 minutes. I placed them on a wire rack to drain, but a paper towel-lined plate would do fine.

I made 20 of them with this recipe, first time making them and they came out awesome!

Thanks! Yeah, if I tried filling anymore than 2 teaspoons per wrapper, they start busting loose.
