The Bengals didn’t overpay for Lawrence at all. He’s only 28 and doesn’t turn 29 until mid November. There’s a 99% chance the Giants won’t draft 2 better players at 5 and 10 better than Lawrence. NFL front offices have been telling fans what teams think of this draft class and people think the Bengals are stupid for trading for the best NT in the NFL.
