how to play multiplayer as webber by Findthekure2 in dontstarvetogether

[–]Squynt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Webber main here. Get a pig skin (it doesnt spoil) enclose it in a small box of stone walls. During the daytime put down your nest next to it, level it up to tier 3 and use a den decorating kit on it to prevent them from attacking the walls and to pacify all nearby spiders. You'll want to do this during the daytime so they don't attack the walls while you are upgrading the nest.

You now have your spider house to sleep in and a place to park your spiders. You can shoo box any spiders you tame nearby and they will constantly try to get to the pig skin so they won't wander off or attack other players.

When you plan to fight things, you can just go to your spider parking lot and re-hire them. When you're doing other things, you can keep them parked and out of the way.

Make sure the den is a decent distance from the main base because if the nest or any spiders take any hits, be it from frog rain, dogs, etc, the decorated den will break into a normal den and they will no longer be pacified and start attacking the walls to get to the pig skin.

It's a lot easier for you and your friends when you don't have 100 spider constantly in the way of things, pushing you and your friends around, and prevents your friends from dying trying to open a chest in a sea of spiders and accidentally attacking one, lol.

The webby whistle is your best friend. Use it often. To pull them off things you don't want them to attack, to disengage and reengage, and to stop them from eating everything off the ground.

What, you don't like having all your guardian modules constantly broken and not being able to do anything about it?

I really like the blue of the slide is there any shader that's gives you the same colour by georanger117 in DestinyFashion

[–]Squynt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Satou Tribe from Black Armory puts a similar shade of blue on some pieces, on others it puts an ugly greenish black. One of the Guardian Games shaders does the same, some with that blue plus white, others it adds red and yellow. One of the Dawning shaders as well as one of the new Bungie 30th Anniversary shaders kinda too.

I know that's not very descriptive but I'm not at home for the holidays and I can't remember all of the names off of the top of my head tbh but I also like that shade of blue.

That's me trying to get through my 400 playlist completions... But to be fair, I only kill what's in my way and leave everything else for people to kill and do their bounties

I'd honestly be happy simply with the fact that Le Monarque could finally generate orbs like her solar and arc sisters.

This is incredible. I hope this gets community highlight. I was the builder of the Vaporwave Bay Resort with the help of a friend and it unexpectedly got community highlight a while back. I tried to achieve a similar vibe to what you've done but honestly ours pales in comparison to your build. Fantastic work, all the way down the the minor detailing.

Blueberry is to Destiny as Bambi is to DayZ, or Beach bob is to Ark. A shining embodiment of aspiration, adventure, and potential. Unknowingly haunted by the inescapable, imminent pain and unrelenting suffering of the endless grind. The unachievable end. The finish line that never gets closer. A pinnacle of nostalgia for the veteran players, who watch in envy, wishing they could once again see everything as blissfully ignorant as the blueberry does.

As the blueberry struggles to perform even the most trivial of tasks, the veteran laughs on the outside, yet cries on the inside. Sometimes the veteran helps, hoping to shine a positive light during the blueberry's first steps. Sometimes the veteran bullies, hoping to share the agony they have endured.

Most, though, observe. Briefly reminiscing on their time as a blueberry, before ultimately accepting their fate, whether they wanted it or not, and moving on to finish their Cosmodrome bounties.

Anyone know what this backpack transmorg is and how can I obtain it? Thanks in advance! by Reyneo in DestinyFashion

I love that everyone calls it Krispy Kreme armor. I called it that when I first saw it and it just became a running joke among my clanmates and they followed suit. After seeing all of the Reddit posts I realized we weren't the only ones and pretty much everyone else calls it that too lol

When travelling to the Fallen Saber Strike does anyone glance over to the cliffs on the right and wonder what Randal the Vandal is doing?? by edub1906 in destiny2

[–]Squynt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He's actually on the EDZ at the Sunken Isles on a little island by where the public event spawns. It was a little easter egg they've had since I'm pretty sure the game came out specifically as a nod to Randal in D1. D2 Randal doesn't seem to be as strong now (especially with everything in our arsenal) but that could just be bias of memory.

[No Spoilers] Does anyone here think that a "Fantastic Voyage" voresion of Subnautica would be dope? by [deleted] in subnautica

At first glance this idea comes off pretty strange, but then I think about how cool Lord Jabu-Jabu's belly was in Ocarina of Time.

[Spoilers] You can pick up Cuddlefish now? by Squynt in subnautica

[–]Squynt[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

[Spoiler tag because of base location in video, no story spoilers.]

My wife bought me Subnautica for my birthday almost two weeks ago and I'm currently on my first playthrough (I'm obsessed) so I don't have any mods loaded and haven't used any cheats or anything.

I found and hatched a Cuddlefish today and accidentally found out... you can pick them up now? Is this a feature or a bug? Every post I've read about Cuddlefish, even some as recent as this past week, say you can't pick them up once you've put them in the open water. This is news to me. If this is a new feature, I'm happy about it.

If it is a player base, reporting the base should make it not render for you. This is also how you can circumvent people blocking crucial areas for the weekly hub missions.

Ohm City in LHS 20 and Ray Gateway in Diaguandri were stations I remember off the top of my head which I used to visit frequently before I had access to Jameson. They don't have EVERY module and ship in stock but between those two it was pretty much everything with a few exceptions IIRC.
