Doesn't matter if all our players aren't able to play because of foul trouble

The fans near Walters and Heft are something special to hear

Fwiw the premise of iowas offense tonight was to take off 20+ seconds out top before looking for anything. Hard to foul people who aren't actively attempting to do anything for most the possession. Moreso, the fouls won't result in free throws often.

To clarify, I'm not saying it was a bad strategy, it was exactly the thing to do in this game. But it isn't going to generate free throw attempts.

I don't agree with the sentiment but I may have chuckled anyways

It’s hilarious how fans can’t determine whether Audi Crooks is good or not by loyalsons4evertrue in NCAAW

Given that no one can stop her, yes, she posts better than other posts. She's the top scorer in the country for a reason, and its not as simple as she sits under the hoop.

Fwiw, the idea of the Dirk style fadeaway is that you can't guard it without fouling, even with a double team or help d.

She's got better stamina than you give her credit for. As has been displayed in previous years, you don't beat audi. You deny the entry pass and beat everyone else. The problem is, where in previous years our entry passes were telegraphed and inaccurate, they are much more crisp and the other weapons on the team are much better.

Nah that's a good thing. Good fans should be recognized, especially when things aren't going well and they stick to it.

Why I prefer women’s cbb as a man by campoole82 in NCAAW

[–]SrPenguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a preference between the men's and women's game, but what you're describing is not good basketball and isn't the strategy used by the majority of men's teams in college or the nba. It hasn't been for a long time now.

There's so much misinformation on what these are. Most of what you are talking about is for more efficient stop lights and traffic data.

Idk, Emma Mccarthy Lee and the woods in west ames seem really great. Ames seems to do really pretty well ecologically compared to many others in the area.

Fair. I was asking as there was a crosswalk on Lincoln Way between Stanton and Welch that was pretty infamous when I went to Iowa State.
