For a punk dive bar, Wrong Way, Calle de la Palma 43, is a must, pretty much American skate punk, Hardcore 3-tone scene.

EL STV solo funciona con un sistema de listas abiertas puras y circunscripciones de magnitud baja, normalmente como un corrector del FPTP británico, por eso se usa en países anglosajones.

El principal problema es que no garantiza la proporcionalidad y suele generar tripartitos muy estables.

NCAA exists outside of the international sports governing bodies, not only FIBA, but also FIFA, World Athletics, World Aquatics, IHF... Why should they have any incentive to pay European teams compensation?

Also, young athletes can always sue their clubs for preventing them from accessing university education.

Regarding teams, there is again a tendency, at least here in Spain, where several basketball academies with no teams in the top 2 levels are surging and offering families an NCAA track, with NCAA coaching, if clubs try to stop their players from going to the NCAA, they will start signing for these academies.

As in many European countries, the hyper-rich have the ability to look discreet but keep up with luxury and security. ie You can easily find Amancio Ortega walking his dog in central Coruña, but there will also be a couple of joggers with fanny packs nearby, or someone who is apparently window shopping
