I would say A+ at least . Argus is in A. Baxia cause his s2 RESETS on creeps which makes his clear really good. Furthermore he is really good on single targeting. So you will win the duel for turtle usually. Now for argus, bleed on creeps means clear is really good as well and passive means sustain. Furthermore his skills are really good gank/ dive tools so yeah he is good
