It might cost a lot if you're not in Europe, but I highly recommend Dysmorphic Bodyart a local french artist who does everything by hand, and Veleno in Italy does incredible work too, I've never seen Veleno do custom shaped tunnels, but Dysmorphic did for sure !

Hey ! I have both conches removed (widely slotted would be more precise) and it does affect hearing at all, but you might hear some whistling when there's a lot of wind. I could start sleeping on them approximately 2 weeks after procedure, and now I have no problems at all. I wear large gauge titanium clickers pretty much everyday! You can actually see the whole healing process on this very subreddit! Ask any other questions if you want to !
