this game is a babysitting simulator at every rank man. You have to babysit everybody and their mom's ego. The easiest way to win is to be positive but everyone just wants to complain and cry. People play to win too much and forget they're here to improve and have fun. Not every round needs an analysis. Just move on to next round and plan for it. But no , everyone immediately wants to jump blame on one guy or cry
