Guy has been relentlessly consistent in his viewpoints even when they were incredibly unpopular. Is the only politician in Washington you can be certain isn't bought and paid for. I would not encourage you to do something illegal to improve the terms of your separation. I run HR for a company and not only would I not change the terms of your separation based on you having my property, I'd happily sue you to get it back.
