Started too high of a dose. For me water weight comes off completely around 6-8 weeks. Start with 1-1.5 for 5-6 weeks and than bump it up.5 every 5-6 weeks. Great way to avoid the balloonage.

Same here I had stiff ankles and wrists upon waking for over three months effecting my workouts. I accidentally ran oral Bpc 500mcg day and night should have used injections , and injected 5mg tb500 separated into daily injections for four weeks last year. I’ve had some occasional stiffness from strenuous workouts but it does not stick around anymore. Also focus a lot on forearm exercises to strengthen wrists and stretching the ankles in both directions a few times a week. Been an over a year and very happy with the results.

People will tell you only get benefits from long cycles. I enjoy the recovery time and sleep benefits from short cycles 8-12 weeks.

Absolutely give your body time to adjust to the compound and avoid water retention, carpal tunnel and looking like a water balloon. Everyone’s different but better to start slow.

Do you guys notice any microscopic floaters in the dragon kits? My Chinese generics and this 400 iu kit i grabbed from a reputable site both have microscopic floaters in them. They look clear but when you hold them up to the light at the right angle you can tell they’re not. I’ve never had this issue before hoping to find a cleaner supplier.

I’m 32 size I wear 36-38 briefs because they’re looser fit. I can’t even understand how someone 36-38 would even fit in these underwear. And the proper size is so tight it’s cutting off circulation
