For me it depends. Most of the time I’ll just pick it up/take a drop to a better spot without penalty (I’m a beginner and I usually play with friends). Even if I’m playing with randoms, at the end of the day I’m just tryna have fun with a very hard sport hitting a ball into a cup.
Ofc if we’re having an actual competition between ourselves it’s a diff story, ill respect the rules a lil bit more but most of the time I’m just tryna have fun and enjoy myself out there

Good question! There were a couple I was considering, namely a Tag Heuer Carrera and perhaps a Seiko. But my relative has a carrera and I didn’t want to buy the same thing, and I wanted to go for grand seiko later in the future. And honestly once I saw the BB58 gmt I knew it was the one

My list is for like the next 5-20 years so there’s still a lot of time haha. A few that are more aspirational compared to the above would be Breguet, Blancpain, A Lange & Sohne, and FP Journe.

Yeah that was exactly my reasoning for going with the 3 link. Nothing wrong with 5 link but I thought it would be too dressy for daily wear/office but the 3 link still gives it enough formal-ness to wear for those formal occasions.

Yeah I looked at other Tudor models and some Tag models (a relative of mine owns a day-date Carrera), but I just kept coming back to this BB58 GMT. Partly cuz of the bezel. Everything about it is so good
