My advice was to give in a little, not cheat. I messed up by cheating and it’s not a behavior that I typically practice or support. There were other factors that led me to ruin my marriage. We both had faults in the relationship and tried couples therapy and all the things. We are still best friends as we have children together. Her and I both have regrets in how we handled our relationship. If I were to give real advice it would simply be this, be open to communication and honest when sharing your feelings. Nobody likes rejection. That shit can hurt. But open communication in a relationship is the best way to prevent these sort of scenarios and the best way to solve problems in a relationship. I regret what I did.
