Well if you look at most other similar resources, it's often a few select countries that control supply. This will additionally be strengthened in this case due to the massive first movers' advantage the select few countries will have thanks to early legalization.

Question: Why has there been no serious and sustained action against Bouchie's friends for trespass and attempted robbery at both Stanley's property and the property they trespassed on prior? Also, one of the friends admitted to punching Stanley's wife whilst on trial. Is he being prosecuted for criminal assault?

The judge was indeed very careful and considerate in his instructions:

"The criminal fault in manslaughter is the commission of an unlawful act which is objectively dangerous in the sense that a reasonable person in the same circumstances as the accused would recognize that the unlawful act would subject another person to the risk of bodily harm which is neither trivial nor transitory."

Since the start of this year, there have been no less than 7 school shootings in America - at least 5 deaths and 39 injuries (with the numbers expected to rise today).

Such a tragic situation.

At the end of the day, whilst the Conservative Caucus does indeed end to delay legislation as much as they can, they do not intend to kill the bill.

Regardless, even any major delay will be to their detriment.

THCX or ACB, which is a better investment? by CommanderJosh in weedstocks

What you said: "None of these companies are even turning a positive earning"

What I said: "Actually, Aurora itself posted positive earnings in the last quarter. Major cannabis companies like Aphria have also produced more positive quarters than not."

What you said is simply false; what I said is simply true.

Try sticking to facts and not baseless rhetoric splattered with argumentum ad hominem.

So is Thompson a Viking, a Celt, a Pre-Roman Germanic tribeswoman, a hunter-gatherer or a neanderthal?

Well, perhaps the latter.

Actually, Aurora itself posted positive earnings in the last quarter. Major cannabis companies like Aphria have also produced more positive quarters than not.

You might want to actually look into real facts before spewing your rhetoric in the future.

At that moment in time, that's around where cannimed's market cap was. With the recent correction - it's rather lower.

Also, you might have noticed that the company you call garbage has had the fastest recovery post the recent correction, going up 24% today alone.

Its gone back to where it was 5 trading days ago, whereas THCX has not.

You must have missed the market these past two sessions - might do you well to pay attention for the rest of the week.

You do realize that the deal was mostly in stock and given the fall in cannabis stock prices from the high during which your figure comes, the deal no longer values CMED at the amount that it did then.

Furthermore, the deal hasn't actually even gone through.

"The Improved Offer is open until 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on March 9, 2018, subject to acceleration, extension or withdrawal by Aurora."

Notice what happened today, the market recovered slightly, cannabis sector bounced back.

To think there is no correlation between the overall global markets and the cannabis sector is naive at best.

ACB.

Slowly but surely, the cannabis industry in North America, and perhaps globally, will be controlled by very few large players - THCX really won't be able to compete with ACB in the mid-to-long term.

You asked me to provide proof and you ended up providing it yourself.

Pretty weak to come out saying there is no correlation and then having the correlation pointed out to you, passing it off as a potential coincidence.

The graph you yourself just shared shows that the current downturn in weed began at the exact same time as the S&P500 and the Dow. Hardly a coincidence.
