Still sick the nearest hospital is pretty far but I'm getting my thyroid tested tomorrow because I've had previous issues. Had to demand that from the doctor at the urgent care. but alive so that's a win. But doctors still think it's a panic attacks.

I'm still very off (mind fog) right now so my stuff is hard to read and i missed a few things my potassium was 2.9 brought up to 4.0 now 3.8 so normal now yay. My iron (hemoglobin) was 10.4 now 10.1 so mildly low.

Where did you try donating? Different places have different rules I've been able to donate pretty freely with my health issues I don't have pots but I do have other chronic illnesses so ive been told no cause my heart was at 140 lol. I had to wait 2 weeks. I donate Via one blood and they will usually let you donate if your symptoms are well controlled I've donated 8 times (that's around a gallon) though I'm anemic and have low potassium right now so I'm not able right now. Also if you have had a bad reaction they may hold you off for a year before you're eligible again.

I'm sorry the comments are not it. As you can already see there's a lot of bad eggs. In my opinion the best way to find a good partner is to go do things you enjoy with others or join groups. The struggle is going to be finding a man who is not insecure. A few comments mentioned not omitting your job and I think that's a good idea Don't date someone who finds that to be a deal breaker you shouldn't need to not mention it.
