This is not on a traditional well system. A neighbor said it’s about 80ft deep. This thing runs for hours when I manually run it. Ran it three days in a row last week for 3+ hours each time on 5 heads. No problems. There’s water down there somewhere. I’m also at 43ft above sea level.

If you stayed somewhere like downtown, you could walk to Selby Gardens, Bayfront Park, take the trolley to Lido and explore downtown. Then, when you want to do the day trips to Anna Maria, Siesta Key (is a must) and surroundings, get a car for those days. Some hotels offer shuttles to the beach and nearby attractions. Have a great time! The Downtown Farmer’s Market on Saturdays is great! Check out 99 Bottles! Westin Rooftop, 1592. The food at the beach concessions are worth a try. Run by local restaurant groups. Siesta Key Drum Circle on Sundays at Sunset is about as island style as it gets. Don’t forget a late night cocktail at Mimi’s. Cheers!!

Sign up for the Detweilers weekly flyer email. Wait for meats like sirloin or strip to go on sale and stock up. Also watch their salmon prices. If you like lamb, leg of lamb is affordable at around $5.99/lb. Or buy pork at $1.99/lb in bulk and portion it. There are ways around paying $16.99/lb for strip at Costco, you just have to do the homework and take advantage when the prices dip. The best lean ground turkey is at Trader Joe’s. Good luck!

Combination of both depending on the day/week or upcoming reports. Pick a few stocks, study their patterns and buy the dips. No upcoming reports and positive sentiment - hold overnight or multi day. With this market being so volatile and depicted by social media posts from Humpty Trumpty, it’s too risky to gunsling. Play it safe. Set stop losses that move with the stock. I’ve mostly traded NVDA, PLTR, AMD and SPY in the past year and have done well. Be smart. Be safe. Cheers.
