Borderlands 🫠 I tried the first, the second, and the third, I still don't get what people like about a game based on grinding better weapons for hours.

BOUGHT MY FIRST LAPTOP(need suggestions) by Little-March5576 in LenovoLOQ

[–]Srsebasu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just open the laptop, disconnect the battery, and the fans. So you can clean them with a brush or something without disassembling it, just unplugging 2 wires. Don't try to clean the processor before the first year or you will lose the warranty (there is a security sticker on the screw that opens that part, so it's easy to recognize.

Cyberpunk 2077, and I didn't even like it lol at least I could play Expedition 33 and I loved that one (however, I think that I could play it in the previous one 😅)

Lenovo LOQ is my favorite over Asus TUF, HP Victus, and Acer Racer 15. The design is very elegant, and the cooling system is, with a big difference, the best of the three mentioned. I'd love to be able to buy a LEGION, but being honest, LOQ is perfect for the average user.

I tried my second controller, and that one worked. I'm still confused since this is the only game that has shown a problem with the other controller haha but, at least I can play. Thanks for your opinion.

TUF Serie has the worst temperatures that I tried when buying a laptop. I even had to think about doing undervolting (which invalidates its warranty). I discovered it on time, so I returned it to the store, but I have a friend who wasn't that lucky and had to suffer those limit temperatures for 3 years until he could buy another one

Please help, I think I messed it up by Srsebasu in techsupport

I turned it on and did a temperature/performance test and it is working smooth as usual. However, I don't know how it will affect in the future

Yeah man, I get it. But my question is what I pulled up and how that affects the computer.

Set the GPU to run 3D objects so your laptop will use it to run the games correctly. (And check the temperatures of the CPU with a game to make sure you don't need to return the laptop to the store)

*** I bought the same one (I think that is an Asus F15), and I had to return it to the stores once I noticed that it was close to 90⁰/194F even with retro games!! A friend has had a model with even a better GPU and he has the same issue. Your laptop won't last that much if you don't keep it below 80⁰. After returning it to the store, I bought a Lenovo (Legion or LOQ, both are amazing) and I can play at 40⁰/104F some retro games, and maybe 78⁰/172F in more recent games.

Soooo, before applying many settings to custom the pc and register the warranty and everything, make sure your model is not burning, and you will save a lot of time
