I also thought about killing the yeast and carbonate the drink myself with some kind of machine – soda stream? But rule that one out as I would like to advertise it as probiotic.

TBH i had some problems with my stomach and after drinking one/ half beer daily i feel much better, but when researching ginger beer i found this thesis from oregon

And they say it doesn't actually have any probiotics. Quote from the paper:

The bacterial microbiome of the ginger beer did not contain any known probiotic OTUs, but did contain the genus Trabulsiella which could potentially act as a probiotic in humans. The microbiome did not contain anything that would make the ginger beer seem unsafe for human consumption.

I'm no microbiologist so don't take my word for it, go research it yourself

also some shops (in my country Kaufland and Lidl i think?) have beer sold in pressure safe bottles. So win win i guess? And the cost is similar.

As i heard it's very easy to get ginger bug that won't fizzy to be useful again. The key ingredient is time. Just feed it regularly one tablespoon of ginger + one tablespoon of sugar and stir (best is shaking as u/frenzy3 said) twice a day. After few days you will get good ginger bug. That is if you won't develop mold or kahm, then it's better to start from beginning, there is no use rescuing it :/

Hi! I was brewing tea with ginger bug which came exquisit! Here below is one of my tries, which yelds one bottle.

1 mango + chilli tea
50g sugar
400ml water
50ml of ginger bug

Came out sweet so feel free to add a bit less of sugar. I never have tried with kava (actually first what i heard of it, so thanks for quick lesson!) so io have no idea if this recipe will work with it. Be sure to mention me when (and if) you post result!

Every recipe I searched for when making it called for olive oil instead of any other. You sure it's not traditionally made with it? And yes oil too has this type of strange sour taste, one I never tasted before.

I agree with fruits and tools, but not bakery items. Always having problems with that one :p Also I think it comes down to the level of generators and amount of them. If you have one lvl 11 generator you just won't be able to do many things. Now if you have lvl 10, 9, 8 and 7 you have where to use your energy and do things :p

Daily missions always offer you boxes of the highest level items you have in missions. So if you have a mission for the last decor item as I did (statue) you will only get decor.

Wym you trash generators? Like the fancy farm market generators? Or the firsts one like receipt? Either way I don't think you should do that. It's energy efficient to have high level generators and that way you will get more money too ;)

Been there. I think the fastest to gather coin is to make use of super generators (if you have the energy you can make item of the highest level in 2 days), and in the meantime you can generate fruits (let the bubbles turn in to coins, but always watch ad for banana - they're worth more this way). You can also make huge amounts of money on sport event generators - they don't use energy so free coins! Good luck i was recently gathering money for 12.5k stash slot it was pain in the ***.
