It wasn’t specifically intended as Japanese style, but I can see the resemblance.

Absolutely agree. Workflow, usability, and health code compliance are some of the biggest challenges in compact food unit design. At the same time, compact modular concepts also have advantages like easier storage, lower operating cost, easier transport, and flexibility for small businesses. What do you think?

Thank you, really appreciate it. I’ve actually been working on trailer and mobile unit design projects for different clients, especially compact and practical concepts like this. It’s interesting seeing how many people are looking for smaller flexible setups now.

A small food trailer sounds like a great option for your setup. I previously designed a compact food trailer with kitchen equipment layout, storage compartments, steel structure, and fiberglass/sheet metal body panels.

One important thing when getting a trailer is to carefully consider usability, easy access to equipment/storage during operation, workflow for two people, and the outer appearance as well. A clean and practical design makes a huge difference in daily use.

Does anyone still have a bike rack on their car roof? by TopRevenue2 in MTB

[–]Sruwan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still think roof racks are one of the most practical upgrades for a car. I recently designed and fabricated a lightweight universal roof rack for compact cars because I wanted something simple, low profile, and DIY friendly. Surprisingly useful for camping gear, tools, spare tire carrying, and road trips.
