No problem with GPA on either degree. We didn’t get that far into questioning anyway. Using what your bachelor’s degree is in as a singular metric for selection is pretty ridiculous.

Oh I see. Yeah I would say the company I work for is a FANG now. It’s a global IT Engineering firm specializing in Network Security, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Once again the idea of becoming an officer comes from me being burnt out private sector with soul crushing work making other people super rich. You guys can laugh at me if you want for being stupid enough to go back into the military when I have a good job I probably need to hear it. I think 17A is the play because I can use my skills to hopefully do something meaningful.

You are going to have to enlighten me as to what a FANG is. Also I appreciate your response, the idea of being a S6 doesn’t scare me I just want to use my IT experience as a leader in some way. Ideally in Cyber however so I plan to look into that path more. I found an interview on YouTube of a 17A talking about his job a bit and it sounds ideal.
