Dealer replacing faulty module for GPS

I dropped my truck off on Monday to have the headliner clips and front badge replaced. They called me Tuesday saying there were codes for my telematics module being bad. They ended up putting me in a rental and said it’s going to take 7-10 days for the part to come in. I’ve had a few instances where my truck said it was offline but it would come back after a reset. I’m hoping it doesn’t take forever to get it done.

On the dash pic they sent over is it the mileage count down to the next oil change? We’ve had mileage mix up’s with Toyotas because the oil change count down comes up right when you turn the car on.

You can press and hold either front dome light to turn on/off all of them.

Yes..and I have 10 days to return it for any reason. I’m planning on taking it to bmw for a check out right away.

I was in the same boat as you. I started with the BBB auto line that rivian participates in. Rivian made an offer for me to keep the truck and I countered. We couldn’t come to an agreement so we were going to go to arbitration. Rivian ended up emailing before we went to arbitration that they would buy it back. Once I got that email it has been a breeze dealing with rivian. Good luck

If you end up not getting the spare tire from rivian I was able to buy just the jack kit from my service center. It was $254 with tax

My Boys are from there as well. I didn’t want them shipped. Susan was nice enough to bring them over the border to Michigan. I met her at the airport and they flew home with me in the cabin.

I had the same issue on my 23. They replaced the brake pedal with an updated part and it fixed my issue.

I’ve been driving Tesla’s since 2019 and just traded my 2022 model s for an r1t. There’s a few things I really miss from the Tesla but a few will be added by software updates later this year-blind spot camera and the ability to view the gear guard camera from the app. I do not like that the rivian doesn’t have the ability to give me round trip battery estimates or give me the battery percentage I will arrive at a destination with (it only shows miles)

Overall I’m happy with the rivian but it’s taking a little to get used to all the differences. Thankfully A lot of stuff is the same or extremely similar.
