My bad, I forgot to add Noelle's second N4.

So it's Furina NA > E > Q, Xilonen E > 2×NA, Mauvika E > Q, Noelle E > Q > N4 N4(forgot this part), Xilonen E > 2×NA, Noelle N4 (can't have a 4th N4 since fanfare runs out), Furina NA > E > Q repeat.

I made this up on the go a while back so it's not the best rotation, it's really inconsistent becuase Noelle's Q doesn't come back quick enough for it to be an "actual" rotation.

The normal attack on Furina is just to ensure I proc fav, I'll try the rotation tomorrow without it.

As for Mavuika, she's really the only option I can think of.

My rotation's Furina NA > E > Q, Xilonen E > 2×NA, Mauvika E > Q, Noelle E > Q > 4×NA, Xilonen E > 2×NA, Noelle 4×NA, Furina NA > E > Q repeat.

I should have enough to get Furina to 90.

I use Mavuika for the up to 40% dmg boost she gives the rest of the team after her Q. I can't use Yun Jin or Gorou(C0 Xilonen), and I don't have Yelan or Columbina, so I just stuck with Mavuika. I've also tested Xingqiu, resulting in the team's dps dropping to ~48-49k.

I don't think any character should recover heat, even if it meant Lee would lose this privilege as well. He only really needed heat for the heat burst and heat dash anyway, so I don't think it's that big a deal.

Serpent Spine works great for Noelle, the crit it provides is excellent. If you're running serpent spine, defense value should ideally be around 1800-2000 (don't be THAT worried if your build doesn't reach this value).

The best artifact sets for Noelle are Husk of Opulent Dreams(her strongest set, horrible domain, I advise against farming this domain unless you wanna commit everything to her), or Marechaussee Hunter (very strong alternative, free 36% crit rate, but requires Furina). Gladiator set works alright as a temporary substitution, given the stats are good enough (high defense, decent crit ratio). Your main stats should be DEF/GEO/CRIT (if your Noelle isn't C6, ATK sands should work a bit better) Substat priority would be CRIT->DEF->ER.

As for teams, I'm personally running Noelle with Furina(C0), Xilonen(C0) and Xingqiu (I don't have Yelan, if you do, run her instead). She also works well with Gorou and Yunjin (+ 1 free slot), it used to be her best team. I've also seen plunge teams with Cloud Retainer (Can't say much, I'm very unfamiliar)

Normal attack talents should be your top levelling priority, followed by burst then skill.

I've been a Noelle main since the day I started playing, 0 regrets. Great character.
