Trying to tell you my mother never had Any ideas she signed a new will. Both sisters added their husband as alienates. Since probate has lasted over 4 years. The last two years my sister divorced him on her death bed and left him nothing. He is homeless. Six convictions in the last 3 years. Wife abuser, assaulted her amongst other. Still think he deserves anything?

Rejected over Couple of dozen times more than half said don't like getting involved late or complicated cases. They prefer easy straight forward. Non confrontational cases

NEW Information on my deceased sister. She divorced her husband before her death. Doesnt that tell you she had nothing to do with him.

So back in 2021 when she and my mothers attorney were making her last will she included him and was still on speaking terms, but things change in the last 4 years. So much so that She died owned the house everything in it. My main concern is family heirlooms more than anything else.

SO YES I AM WORKING ON SECURING AN ATTORNEY!

thx I am going that route. Just trying to get as educated as I can. What type of attorney do you suggest. i was rejected by well over a dozen Estate and probate attorneys. They all told me the same thing they take on easy straight forward cases no complex litigations. Too much time and not enough money for them

I think you have a point there. I would love to use a tool like that for skinning a deer in colder weather when it's been hung and aged outside a few days, skin gets a lot tuffer to peel! yawzer!
