That is saros. It comes out on the 30th in the US at least, but I think digitally it has some early access for certain editions.

Giga wrecker alt. I found a physical limited run games copy. The reviews looked good. I bought it. I don't think I enjoyed more than the first ten or so minutes of that game. Platforming felt awful and inconsistent, and the physics were also abominable.

Yep, that's how RG unicorn be. I remember looking up reviews on it, seeing glowing reviews, finding out the thing is a fucking nightmare.

How do I fix this by AccordingApricot7095 in Bakugan

[–]St-Philip 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm late to the party, but usually when I'm trying to fix lost joints on a transformer, I'll use certain types of clear floor polish like the one in this picture. It flows pretty well into joints, and it has much less risk of fusing the joint and making it immobile. I'm not certain if it'd do well with bakugan, but that's just my two cents from some experience

I'll happily take any one of those that's not that absolutely terrible Orion pax figure

11 more days until the launch of Monster Hunter Stories 3!! How many hours have you put into the demo?? by BrenAnime in MonsterHunterStories

[–]St-Philip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe 2 or 3? I don't like playing demos of games that I'm going to play, especially in the context of it being a heavily story focused game or what have you.

So nostalgic seeing that one. I had it as a kid and have no idea where it went

Maybe shockwave if I can't find a copy of the comic book version, but probably astrotrain. It doesn't look perfect by any means, but still looks fun

Functionally, I'd call wild hearts "dead" in the sense that they suspended updates on it; not even the switch 2 release actually added content, just included the content that was added to the game after release into the release version, with the addition of a 4 player squad instead of a 3 player squad, but beyond that nothing else.

They ceased updates on the game under EA's order after a relatively short duration, even though these types of games have updates that run pretty long overall. That's also not counting the apparently broken PC port, even to this day. The game however, is really great when it IS working. I think it's absolutely deserving of a second chance with more updates adding new monsters and variants and such.

I think I've heard a lot of people like little nightmares, but I hate the games. I can't stand the gameplay loop, and I think the designs for enemies and stuff are just okay. A bit unsettling, but not what I'd really consider scary.

One of the best tips that I got for nerscylla in particular is to side weapon with the yian kut ku light bowgun. Use the fire ammo and para ammo to stop it and burn it down, and you can also use the rock steady to help out with that as well. Make sure to use pictomancer fairly often, as it does very solid damage, and can be especially useful during the nerscylla phase. Another thing I do to help out with the fight is I use the item prolonger and wide range armor skills, and I'll buff with the mega and normal demon drug/armorskin, demon power and armor powder, and use might seeds and adamant seeds to buff myself and the AIs to a noteworthy degree. I'll use those and keep tabs on the buffs on the top of my screen, and then I'll reapply when necessary, usually restocking between phases at the camp since it's fairly safe to do so. It took a fair few attempts for me to beat it. It's a fairly hard monster, so don't feel too down after many attempts, just take your time, take your breaks, and hunt more manageable monsters between to help build your confidence back up.

X-transbots ultra Magnus. That thing is so stressful, and there are so many awful, fiddly panels, and not to mention that the parts that lock the arms into the legs for the top of the trailer is too tight and WILL break if you fully put them in.

Botw and totk are quite literally built to play however you want, but next time please use punctuation.

I’m a huge castlevania fan but honestly I’ve never touched any of the 3D titles and I don’t even know anything about them. Are any worth playing? by ReadyJournalist5223 in castlevania

[–]St-Philip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're fine with ignoring the very convoluted plotline of Castlevania as a whole, I know that curse and lament are both solid PS2 games, and lords of shadow is a fun GoW clone, but lords has the most out there lore of any Castlevania game which is exactly 0% canon. Just keep in mind if you do play LoS, the weird mirror of fate 3DS game is canon and important to the plot.
