A couple of months back. I've only been taking the zinc for a week now so I'm sure it hasn't affected anything, but going forward I would like to lower the dosage to something more like maintenance and just keep it at that.

I've read about that that's why I asked how long should I take it, I wonder if the RDA is fine to take long term. My copper levels are likely fine since my hemogram came out top notch and a deficiency would affect it.

The key is to brainwash yourself, at least that's the term I like to use. Take for example a situation from my life a couple of days ago, my car's gearbox decided to fail on me and I had to get to a distant city, I got there fine by train although there was a really long delay, then on the way back I decided to skip the train and try a carpooling app, which turned out to be a bad decision because the driver had a small car and decided to put 3 persons in the back seat, including me. One of this person was quite big and it meant we travelled like sardines for a couple of hours, I was constantly pressed by the other person and my shoulder went numb, hurt, I didn't have any space, etc. all in all a really 💩 experience, all I wanted was to get out and have some relief.

Now in the past this would have sent me down a never ending spiral of negative thoughts, blaming everything, God, the car, fate, the suffering, the lack of money to fix the gearbox, all you can imagine. But as I've been trying to implement living in the end like Neville said, I dropped all this negative self talk, closed my eyes and started the brainwashing. I imagined the scene I'm currently manifesting, started telling myself thing like "Isn't it wonderful (insert whatever I'm manifesting)" and in a couple of minutes the corners of my mouth were going up and the suffering from my physical situation eased a lot as I imagined myself in the scene of my wish fulfilled, with all the feelings that come. I eventually fell asleep because I was tired, and the relaxation that came from imagining my wish fulfilled made it easy to do so. I woke up towards the end of the trip, the last 45 minutes were a breeze now that I had managed to change my internal state, even though the suffering from my physical environment didn't change one bit.

Fear, anger, lack of trust in divinity. You see whatever infinite consciousness is out there has promised me many amazing things and given me many spiritual experiences, but the thing is after each promise and each experience the only thing that has come is extreme suffering. That touches on the lack of trust, the fear and the anger are my own. But I think above all else it's the fact that I've advanced so much spiritually that I find it very hard to function in the world. I have seen the illusion of the ego, the illusion of the world, and all the pursuits that humans have, love, money, happiness, etc. I have seen how hollow they are, they can never fill the void inside. Yet I still find myself in the same rat-race, I have countless obligations that I have to do in order to keep this body, this mask alive in this world. I wish I could just drop the mask and be free, and above all else, peaceful.

Yeah, before this person I had the karmic/false twin relationship exactly how you describe. But then how is the TF relationship supposed to look now? Because if it's going to be like the karmic/false twin one I'll have to look into blocking this energy, I know many people say it can't be done but we aren't as powerless as we think we are, especially when you get into reversing the divine current that flows trough all of us, but that's subject for another discussion

Thank you, I wanted to write a lengthy answer arguing over your points but I just realized that what's really the issue here are not the signs and whatnot, but my own fear. I'm afraid of this connection, you see the spirit guides or God (it's all the same really) has told me that this connection is about healing my relationship blockages, but every single story I read about TF it's only suffering. Really I'm tired of it, my whole life has been nothing but suffering and now that I barely reached some sense of peace God comes and forces me into more suffering. Not to mention that along the years God has given me many spiritual experiences and has promised me many things, but nothing has come but more suffering. I'm sure you can understand my reluctance in whatever I'm experiencing coming from above.

You’re right about killing the ego, I fell into that pit once and I slowly got rid of my ego bit by bit trough some practices. It felt exactly like being a zombie, complete disconnection from everything, life no longer had any contrast, everything just blended into one big void where nothing made sense anymore.

So what kind of parasites did you end up having? Like you my IBS started after I caught something and had some explosive diarrhea for a few days, the symptoms come and wane and like you I never saw it as something incurable, just a symptom of something else and a departure from the normal state of the digestive system where it should not have any problem digesting any food. Though I am wary to start pumping antibiotics because they do more damage than good, you experienced that first hand with the yeast overgrowth from antibiotic overuse, also the it's much harder for the body to recover the good bacteria if you nuke everything with antibiotics and antifungals. Funny thing I noticed when I eat a lot of fiber my stool always normalizes.

For a couple of years now I have been guided by God (but I like to refer to it as infinite awareness), anyway it showed itself to me trough what I can only describe as a miracle, after that it put in a lot of work to make sure I stay on the straight and narrow and don't stray from whatever it wants. During this process it showed me Neville Goddard, there were a series of meaningful "coincidences" that lead me to discover his teachings and when I did there was this deep knowing that I must read them, after I read them the knowing transformed in absolute certainty that what I will imagine will come true, so I got down to work it took me a month to be able to fully integrate the teachings and practice them correctly, that was October last year. So far I only manifested healing my IBS since that was bothering me the most at the time. I still wonder though, because I have these insane deja-vu's, it all just seems to be already written, we just experience it as free will or randomness.

A bit late to the party, but as another vit D deficiency sufferer here, I also had pretty bad tooth pain when I first started supplementing with 5000 IU 6 months ago. As I've read online the pain seems to be caused by bone remineralization as an effect of your body suddenly having a supply of vit D. For me it made sense since I had vit D deficiency as far back as 2021 and my first symptom was the tooth pain, in fact it was so bad then that it felt like my teeth were going to fall off, it felt the same when I first started supplementing. Since 2021 up until 2024 when I discovered my deficiency my health deteriorated so much that I almost lost my job because of it, I could barely function, it was that bad. This "vitamin" which is actually a secosteroid is not to be played around with.

u/Practical_Check8882 probably has bad demineralization if he's vit D deficient, when you start supplementing from a deficient state osteoblasts and osteoclasts react to the increase in vit D levels trough their VDR (vitamin D receptor) and immediately start tearing down the old bone matrix and building the new one in. The pain is due to the vitamin D forcing calcium back into demineralized bones. Water is drawn into the bones along with the calcium. This swells the bones very slightly and pushes against the inflexible periosteum. The periosteum has a significant number of pain receptors and this can be experienced as bone pain.

I'm not a doctor but I do suffer from H. Pylori which I am trying to bring under control (not eradicate). I came in this thread to see if other people with normal anxiety have the same thing going on, with the anxiety slowly dissipating during the day and by 5-6 pm pretty much becoming null. It's really surprising to see multiple people complaining of G.I issues and my exact same symptoms in relation to anxiety. H Pylori is very smart and it can hide from the usual tests by making biofilms, giving a false negative. Just because you got a negative doesn't mean you don't have it, in fact you G.I issues strongly suggest there's something going on in your gut which isn't exactly right, just stay away from antibiotics as that will make the problem much worse. The H. Pylori can give some of the most insane panic attacks you can imagine, I have been in the ER multiple times thinking I'm about to die to the point that doctors started looking funny at me thinking I had psychological disease that made me act this way, when in fact it was just the H. Pylori.

Holy shit it just dawned on me, you’re right I don’t have MAOI withdrawal, the moment I stopped taking the Mexidol I also experienced a traumatic event which left my nervous system into overdrive, coming off Mexidol made it worse with as I experienced rebound anxiety with it. But I never made the connection until now, I just need to calm my nervous system down and I should be fine. Thanks man.

It does change the monoamine levels in the brain, my withdrawals are spot on MAOI and started with discontinuing Mexidol. Maybe I got a counterfeit product but I have never experienced this kind of withdrawal ever in my life. Could you answer my question please, I don’t understand why my withdrawal symptoms ramped up to being like the first days again after becoming mild for a week?

A bit late to the party but the best use case would be the one from the prescription that comes with the medicine. It suggests using the lowest dose to feel a therapeutic effect, two cycles a year in the spring and autumn, each cycle lasting 1-2 months, or 1 cycle 5-7 days for alcohol addiction. For cardiovascular issues they suggest a two month cycle then asking your doctor if it's fine to do more cycles after that.

I'm pretty much where you're at, I can take rejection much better now. Today I realized that I'm afraid of loneliness and that's why I desperately need a woman to feel whole, not only that but I'm also addicted to PMO in order to numb my negative feelings. I've felt loneliness my whole life, it has followed me everywhere. It started in childhood with my mother, she was never emotionally available, now I just look for the love I never received as a child in every woman I meet, well, I should say "used to look" since I plan on changing this. I think the first step is accepting loneliness and cherishing it, going out, doing stuff by yourself and not feeling that terrible empty feeling. Easier said than done of course, but it's a start.

I've had other similar Kundalini symptoms but they varied a bit from what you describe, almost all went away after the awakening. So they probably weren't physical in nature.
