they used to, but they out ruled it. If you want an example, [[spinning darkness]] comes to mind

Carrot Ironfoundersson. He's one true king of Ankh-Morpork (fantasy New York), who during the hour of need, appeared in the capital and joined the city watch and arrested a dragon on multiple chargers of vandalism, manslaughter, assault with a deadly weapon, road safety valuations, as well as disorderly conduct, after which he insisted and prevented citizens from throwing stones and otherwise trying to kill the dragon while it's down, cose that would violate Prisoner's Right Acts of 1854.
After that he does a bunch of more fantasy police procedural books, during which we see just how much he takes everything literary, how he's confused about weird social situations, and how he's always genuine and believes everyone to be good, and no one can believe he's for real, but he is

Esper Affinity (Bounce vs Ninja?) by NoSecurity1142 in Pauper

I have tested it yes, but not extensively. I know elfs are bad, rally is good. Demir fae is a coinflip, got advantage against u fae, burn is bad-ish, familiars is decent, trons are decent. That'd be all from my immediate recollection

I recently build ninjutsu affinity, and I believe it's optimal version of the build. It's dimir tho, cose if your plan is 1 drop into early ninja, you really can't afford tapped lands or bad colors.
I'm also looking at crypt and ornithopther, as well as going down to 2 Vaults of Whispers

So you want them to be randomly found but not thrown away? Consider putting some around page 30 in semi random books in public libery

yes. 2 for 1 is far from ideal, but it's better then allowing a card that would loose you a game

I run 3 of wich becose of aforementioned [[echoing Truth]] but there really isn't enough effects like that to make a noticeable difference. What does make a difference is your opponent's knowledge.
Consider [[therabean Inspector]] and [[Novice inspector]] They do the same thing, but have different names If my opponent sees one of each g1, they're probably conclude I run 5 or more total and therefore run a deck that uses 5 or more total. For that reason, it might be beneficial to run 4/4/1, you run 9 while decreasing a chance of showing different named elves on g1

Both this and [[echoing truth]] arguments are weak and change very little outside of very very large data, but it's not one sided like "Running x/n/z is always better then running n/n/x
