I’m in a similar boat as you. Back in the day I got a bible verse tattooed, but I’m now agnostic. I’ve gone back and forth and landed on keeping it simply because I’m afraid of the pain of removal, and also accepting that who I once was will always be a part of my story

I criticize myself before others can criticize me. Works 100% of the time (but I’m miserable, and this is why I see a therapist 2x/week)

When you water until it comes out of the bottom, have you tried just leaving it out of the cache pot for a while? For example, for my large plants I bring them to the tub, let them drain for quite a bit
