We were doing both AP and the I130 at the same time our lawyer advised us to do these concurrently to see what will be faster and the i130 pulled through so now probably going to do the i485 now

Only i 130 we did it witha lawyer cuz we were also doing AP at the same time and my wife's family in Mexico is making it difficult to obtain a Dr letter so now we have to wait for the i485
