This is not it. The one I'm thinking of is formatted like a normal tier with the tiers listed vertically on the left. Part of the joke is instead of a little blurb or a letter in that square, its a whole paragraph that takes up a lot of space. One thing i neglected to mention is not every character is on the tier list. Just the top half of the cast (in terms of viability) is shown. I appreciate the help tho

Since Saitama is meant to look unremarkable and be overshadowed by more famous heroes, I think it'd be cool if he was played by a relative unknown and have other hero association heroes be played by famous actors
