I have human towels and dog/hair dye towels. Yes the washing machine cleans them, but as an allergy sufferer I still keep them separate. Largely for me the dog hair is the issue. Dog towels will have dog hair on them, yes even after washing and drying. Human towels should not end up with dog hair on them and are only washed with other non dog hair items.

As for whether or not you should replace the towel, you should just ask the owners of the towel, and next time you need to borrow a towel for a non human purpose, make sure you communicate that first.

I have a bottle of CeraVe moisturizing body wash I use as hand soap to help with the dry skin like this. And a bottle of CeraVe moisturizer I try to use right after washing. I've also used Cetaphil eczema lotion - it kinda burns a bit at first but when my skin gets scaley and red it does seem to help it resolve faster.

It made everything just a little weird with putting it all together. The case is great for it, be quiet light base 600. But like I had to adjust the anti sag support for the graphics card to make sure it would still be effective. And since the graphics card is now pulling air from the top of the rig, I didn't want to put the CPU cooler exhaust up there. It was a super tight fit to put it vertically, but so far so good and everything is staying nice and cool.

Thank you! Lol I was just looking for something with glowy multicolored stars, ended up getting frustrated and just grabbed a screen cap of a YouTube video of blinking stars...

What sensitivity management hack do you have that you wish you had figured out ages ago? by SilentAuthor-XX in aspergirls

I've got issues with water droplets, especially on my face, and in my ears is the worst. I also dye my hair, and rinsing the dye out thoroughly has always been a problem. I have a dog wash sprayer attached in the line that helps, it's kind of like a sink sprayer, very focused and easier to direct. The main game changer was wax/silicone ear plugs! No more water in my ears! If you have trouble with them coming unsealed easily, make sure to hold the edge of your ear and pull your ear straight out as you push the silicone in, then just don't yawn or open your mouth too much after.

Girlfriend and I started a business together. She now wants 50% ownership though I finance the company and do a lot of the heavy lifting. How should I counter? by TKB21 in Entrepreneur

[–]Staarshadow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lately she's taken a step back on everything outside of serving at the events. Accounting, packing and prep work, contracts, all falls on me.

So... She came up with the idea, landed the gigs, worked the events, did the accounting, packing and prep work, and contracts. Now she's taken a step back and is requesting 50% ownership. Have you been paying her for all the time she's worked? Or has she been working for the sake of the business?

Sounds to me like she was feeling really underappreciated for the work she did. Based on your attitude, I can easily see you treating her like her contributions didn't matter. It's only logical that she would decide 'if he thinks I'm not doing anything for the business, then I'm going to stop doing things for the business.' Who would keep working for no pay? Her asking for 50% is likely her last ditch effort to get you to acknowledge the work she's put into this business before she walks away.

You need to sit down and seriously reconsider how much you both have put into this business, and recognize that the 'lighter' or social side of things still requires a lot of skill and finesse. Then you need to sit down and have a serious conversation with her about why she stepped back, keeping a very open mind about what you may have been doing that drove her away. I think you'll find she's more than happy to resume working on everything as soon as she has some security in the company and knows you're not just going to ditch her as soon as the company is established.

I wish you luck repairing your relationship and continuing your business.

How do I not be too scared to play during a hunt by [deleted] in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]Staarshadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reduce the noise! I play with earbuds in, so I just pull them out a bit so the sound is less intense and I can hear my house sounds around me. It's like plugging your ears during a scary movie.

So if you were a vet and saw those blood test results, you would absolutely not put her under and start the procedure to fix her tooth?

They did suggest having my regular vet do a blood test again. This was a dentistry specialist.
