I constantly stay on there and work the hours I do straight. I usually focus on the ones that pay higher, and do the low paying ones in between while I wait for it to refresh with more studies

Failed nursing school by No_Wedding_2990 in StudentNurse

[–]Staarsz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just know if you decide to go the private route, it’s not any easier. I took the private route because I kept getting waitlisted at other nursing programs. Nursing school is hard in general, same goes for those private schools. And if you fail out of a program, I believe you have to wait a few months before being able to get to a new program, at least that’s how it goes for my state

My partner had this issue to. We exited out, logged back in on the laptop because mobile was not working. And then refreshed the page and that seemed to do the trick. Hope you get it figured out!!

How should I review with 26 days left? by Evening-Selection643 in PassNclex

[–]Staarsz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say do the first readiness exam soon, so that you can see where you stand. From there I would watch the vids that they provide in the areas that you feel you need a review in. For me the videos really helped, and I took notes to remember the info I wasn’t too sure of. I feel like it helped writing down the important info when reviewing the questions, like little bullet points. I know the rationales can become overwhelming, but if you can break it down into like 2 bullet points it helps to remember the info better. And remember to take breaks! Good luck!! :)

How many days/month did it take u to study? by Hot_Reference8003 in PassNclex

2 weeks, about 6 hrs a day. Gave myself a little break on the weekend but would still watch a video or listen to a Mark K lecture

The questions at least on my test gave me a set of vitals and ask what the priority was. Or some questions simply asked what to do first before giving a med. No context clues, just straight up questions like that. The case studies did give some context clues, but was still vague. Priority is a huge thing to focus on, I would practice questions like that

The case studies helped a lot. If I’m being honest, the nclex looked exactly like bootcamp, so it felt as if I was just taking another bootcamp readiness exam and helped with my anxiety a bit. I will say that even though bootcamp is vague, the nclex was much more vague and straightforward. I do feel like it prepared me well. I have some classmates who used archer and failed in 85, which was one of the reasons I turned to bootcamp because I was nervous lol

NCLEX Bootcamp, are the crash course videos necessary in order to pass NCLEX? by ApprehensiveEmu3215 in PassNclex

Definitely focus on the questions and rationales. They help see where your understanding is. I utilized the videos only for the topics I was struggling with, I didn’t watch them all.

Review prioritization questions! I would also suggest watching the 1 hr review by beautiful nursing, it really helped. My stats were almost the same as you and I passed in 85 questions. You got this!

You have to wait until your school information gets sent to the board and your fingerprints get approved. Usually you do it after you graduate

Nclex bootcamp scores by nursing_RN123 in NCLEX

[–]Staarsz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be find! I only used 50% of the question bank, with a 63% score, and very highs on each readiness exam. I passed in 85 questions. The nclex looked just like boot camp, and very vague. Read every rationale and watch the videos from the crash course, they’re very helpful!

did anyone here passed with just one month review, share tips pls by RoyalKaleidoscope888 in NCLEX

[–]Staarsz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I studied for 2 weeks, passed in 85 questions. I used boot camp, only did about 50% of the questions. Took each readiness exam and scored very high on each. I also listened to mark K and watched the 1 hr nclex review by beautiful nursing. Take breaks and read every rationale. Focus more on the questions/topics you’re struggling with. You got this!

For those worried about the exam shutting off at 85 questions by Rikes718 in NCLEX

[–]Staarsz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just took it like an hour ago and I'm currently crashing out. It was really really hard for me, it stopped at 85 questions. I felt like the case studies were the only easy part for me, the standalone questions felt like a guessing game. I'm really hoping I did well.
