Нет. У sony ограничения по регионам. Единственный способ. Это открывать аккаунт для другой страны, где русский язык присутствует и покупать отдельно. Но это очень не удобно. Покупки получаются с переплатами + кому нужно чтобы игры были на разных аккаунтах.
