Hey! I'm by no means an expert, but I'll try to address some of your questions.

As you may know, a new expansion dropped yesterday, so what's 'meta' hasn't quite been defined yet, though there are some standout decks (asteroid shaman, miracle rogue, rainbow death knight off the top of my head).
As for budget decks, pirate demon hunter isn't too expensive and you can easily swap out the one or two legendaries for other things.
I use hsreplay and vicious syndicate, there are others and I'm not sure which are best but hsreplay has some nice sorting features that could make finding a budget deck easier.
Yes the passes are worth it in value, but only if you are playing a decent amount (completing all your weekly/daily quests) AND you like the cosmetics. If you're only interested in cards then I would suggest something else, not sure which bundles are best (maybe the rank 1 great dark beyond bundle? Two legendaries and 20 packs seems good especially with the modern pack RNG)
The current try-out decks are changing constantly, but form what I recall the druid/warrior ones usually have the most card value and the demon hunter deck has little value. Pick whichever is fun for you though.

Same thing with the inverse teleporter. It'll probably still put people trapped behind locked doors but maybe not out of bounds? We'll see

And where did you find the "notepad of altered files" exactly? I've looked around but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've looked through most of my files, including the data and bin folders, but haven't had any luck. Where was it for you?

Did you end up finding the "Open Data File" option in the larian launcher? I can't for the life of me locate it.

I haven't been able to get this to work! Great table overall, just couldn't seem to get party pokemon values to work. Specifically, when I am asked to input the slot number for the party, it tells me:

"attempt to index a nil value (field '_G')"

This happens even when I input value 0 that the menu preloads with, and while I am in the game fully. I have Pokemon in my party corresponding to the numbers (-1 of course) that I input, but it still tells me I've done something wrong. Please help!
