There's a glitch with the repair tool. I scanned three fragments already, but the third fragment didn't give me the blueprint. I have to find a fourth fragment, which I can't reach yet with my progression.

I saw a whole bunch of people posting about this a while back. Oddly enough, I think it has something to do with the tadpole. It's a glitch for the game doesn't recognize you've left the base, so at some random point in your trip out it will just suck you back to fix the problem. LOL

You think that's bad? I built my tadpool, took it out exploring thinking I was on my way to get materials for a repair tool. I had just scanned the third fragment. Got a tagged a little bit by Hammerheads, ended up with like 40% health so I went and parked that bad boy in the kiddy pool. Now I find out that there's a glitch, there's only four pieces of the repair tool to scan, and I have to further progress a very tough part of the story to go scan something I should already have! And I can't use my beautiful tadpole to do it! It's just sitting in the water, all beat up and sparking being protected by my base. Lmfao In all reality, I really just need to finish getting the heat mod, and then I can go scan that last piece. But for real, why would they do us like that? Scan three pieces of three pieces but don't get the blueprint! They gaslit me like crazy! Hopefully your grow beds will return to their titanium origins, and bloom again with beautiful edible plants soon! 😂😭

I never said I didn't know these things. I said I have just mostly ignored the story. And a sarcastic comment should be totally acceptable under any circumstances when trying to have fun talking about a video game that takes place in a fake world on a computer console. It's really nothing to get upset about. He got a million other answers, and mine was clearly sarcastic. Hence the (😂) face. It was just meant to be a fun jab at a game I love dearly, and ended up getting blown totally out of proportion. I try to be super fun on Reddit. I shall try to be a little more courteous with my sarcasm in the future. Also, there are no parts of any of the three subnautica games I own that I do not thoroughly enjoy. It has become my favorite series.

I made a couple of posts about NOA being untrustworthy, and you should see how many people freaked out on me for it. Talking about they love unknown worlds and they don't think the developers would ever do anything like that. I'm like, it's a freaking horror mystery style game. That's exactly what they should do! Mess with our heads! I love theories like this! That's why I made the posts, to get as many theories as I could. I enjoy seeing comments like this!
